During the holidays, our friends invited us over for brunch and introduced us to some amazing sausage stuffed croissants. They were so freaking delicious I had To get the recipe and make them!! I seriously couldn’t stop thinking about them and finally got around to getting the ingredients and making these. I thought the recipe would be intense since the Sausage in these croissants is SO delicious. I figured there were alot of spices and steps involved in making these but NOPE it’s just 3 ingredients. THREE. And making these takes like 30 minutes from start to finish! The ingredients consist of croissant dough, sausage of your choice (I use Sage which is so good) and cream cheese. That’s it!!! You cook the sausage (I used Jimmy Dean) mix the sausage bits with cream cheese (as much as you like. I used half a cup per half a lb of sausage), stuff the croissants (I used Pillsbury) and then put them in the oven for 15 min! That’s literally it! And they taste heavenly!!! I couldn’t believe how quick and easy this recipe is especially for something so tasty. Hope you guys get to try this one out!
