Journal: Take A Hike!

An activity I've always tried to fit in my busy schedule is hiking! I love getting outdoors whether it's bike rides, walks, or playing a sport. I strongly believe outdoor time is a must for every one because getting some outdoor exposure is great physically, mentally, and emotionally.

My boyfriend and I moved into our new home in a nice neighborhood next to two parks and a lot of hiking trails. Hiking is a great way to spend time with friends and explore! It's a nice break from work, house chores, social media, and overall stress! Oh and not to mention, hiking is a great way to exercise at your own pace. You can go as fast or as slow as you like and walk as steep or as flat. Depending on the amount of time i have or how energetic I am, I will take a longer hike or more challenging and so hiking becomes a great opportunity to push myself or just take it easy!
